It is our understanding that the Governor is suppose to release opening guidelines for gyms soon. We are currently still in Stage 2 of the roadmap to opening businesses and we are listed in Stage 3. We have not been informed when they will move into Stage 3 but we sure hope some time in June! We will need to implement a new class schedule to allow for proper cleaning and to limit the amount of kids per class/per hour and have staggering start times. Our schedule will be ...released when we know our state and county guidelines. More details will be released about how to enroll as we get closer to opening! Please watch our video which explains how we will be operating upon our opening. This should help answer those questions about how we will adhere to the 6’ social distancing and what are our cleaning protocols. Hello to our community! We miss you all and are looking forward to re-opening soon. SLO County has released their Start Guide for opening businesses in a three-phase process. In the meantime, we're busy modifying our facilities and following mandated protocols to meet the physical distancing, cleaning and disinfecting guidelines to ensure everyone’s health and safety. Dear Thrive Families, After lengthy deliberation about the safety of our kids and parents and following the proactive protocols the schools are taking, it is with great sadness that Thrive will be closing for the remainder of March. As a small business and trying to financially take care of our employees this is such a disheartening decision. We were hopeful to stay open at first so the kids still had something to look forward to, but as things keep changing we had to make ...the harder call. This closure will take place effective immediately. We will reassess on March 28th whether additional closure time will be necessary. This also gives us the opportunity to disinfect and sanitize our facility thoroughly. In an effort to accommodate our clients we will be making the following amendments to our policies: April tuition will not be due until April 1, 2020. Autopay for April tuition will run on April 1st As usual we will offer make up classes for anytime that we are closed For your convenience, we will be offering special make-up classes for all levels on Saturday April 25th and Saturday May 2nd. These make-up classes will be available for online registration starting March 17, 2020. We will add more make up classes as necessary to accommodate everyone in a timely fashion to redeem those unused classes that you have already paid for. To register online you may access through our app our parent portal on the desktop version and choose the facility you want to book a class for. You will use the email address you have on file for your user name and if you haven’t already set a password for your account, choose password reset to get a code to allow you to set a password.
