Nuoc mam (chay) is a huge staple in the Vietnamese culture. It is used over noodle, rice, as a dipping sauce and everywhere else in Vietnamese cooking. To say that you don’t want to cook in the 100 degree weather is an understatement. That's where our delicious Vietnamese lotus root salad, dressed with our vegan fish sauce, comes in handy. Eating a salad just hits differently in scorching hot weather, wouldn’t you agree?
