Hello 2019!! New Thoughts from The Yoga Lodge... I was able to visit Nomad's Land in November 2018. It truly inspired me to consider continuing the work I began in Pollock Pines, CA with creating a spiritual space only this time being more resolved in bringing those seeking God into the fold of Christ.... Reconciling the work of Yoga and the truth of Christ has been a struggle for me. I want to thank Jesus wholeheartedly for Mark 9:38-50. Peace to you all in your yoga practice or your walk towards Christ, as I pray and consider continuing the possibility of creating space here in Baltimore, MD. and beyond. See more

Well...That's it folks. Yoga @ The Yoga Lodge is done... We just want to say Thank you for everyone who was a part of this space. It means all the world to me that you came, played, shared your life, heart, and energy. Here are a few little vids to give a shout out to a few of the people who spent time with us.... Keep practicing yoga, on or off the mat, love God, love one another, and....if the trees in the yard bare fruit, please eat!

Just wanted to share this documentary with you all. It is a very interesting look at yoga in parts of India. So very different from the yoga we know here in the United States. Think about how these yogis practice ONE thing, silence, holding one arm up in the air, etc. for 12 YEARS or more. Interesting to see how different yoga practice is from east to west. Hear Ye! Hear Ye! FINALLY! We will be holding yoga this week! 6-7:15pm... Monday Wednesday Thursday ( I know I was going to move Thursday's time to 6:45p, but changed my mind...) This will be our last month up here in Pollock! So if you want to get started come on in. I will be sending you all to Main Street Yoga for continued practice as of March 1st! Hope to see you here!

Okay Folks...I know you may be getting tired of this, but now our furnace needs a new igniter! Hard winters lead to yoga work beyond the studio and the asana practice. Now must be time for our Yama and Niyama practice! Keep your eyes here for the next class...hoping for Wednesday!... Peace and Warmth.

I tried to get a snow plow to plow out the two parking spaces so we could have yoga tonight! No dice. Stay warm and do your Sun Salutations!!! Maybe it will bring more Sun!!!
