The Purple line MTA (Metro line station) for Westwood/UCLA is being built beside/in front/and beneath Wilshire Blvd. at a building we plan in West LA and...TWG is assisting in the pre-planning and relocation of tenants who will be effected by the development.

We are six months into the planning for the Historical renovation of this beauty. Originally built in 1926. On the left, above the arched window was a wrought iron balcony, that will be restored. The green awnings will make way for new arched top windows with halo lite business signs.

AND - restroom, you won't believe how many of these we do.
