CLIMB & YOGA Whether you’re a regular, just getting started, or totally new to the climbing world, we invite you to be a part of our weekly Ladies’ Night at The Wall Climbing Gym; every Wednesday at 5:30pm! Hosted BY women FOR women, this night is a great way to build up confidence and enthusiasm in your climbing or to learn new skills in a supportive environment. Come get strong, have fun, and make new lady-crusher friends!... The first hour we climb the second hour we stretch. Cost: discounted day pass for females, includes admission climbing shoes Free for Members Staff instructors will be on hand to give advice and encouragement. All levels are welcome.

Here’s what ya needa know: July 9th, 7pm - Members only round table discussion with @rockfitness (the new owners) management and Randy. Let you voice be heard! We’ll be taking suggestions for gym improvements and answering questions. July 10th, 6pm- Pizza party! Rock Fitness and Wall staff will be hanging out and chatting about what’s to come. Hey everyone, as you may already know we’ve been working hard over the past few months on some big changes, and the time has come that we’re finally able to present them to you! We know you’ve heard the rumors, but beginning this July The Wall will officially become a part of the Rock Fitness family. We’re already working on making this transition as easy as possible for our community, but we know that you’ll have questions and we want to get them answered. First things f...irst, check your inbox for an email we sent out not too long ago with a little FAQs. That covers the basics and goes into a little more detail about the transition. Second, we’ll be hosting two info sessions soon to get into more details about what’s to come. Make sure to mark your calendars for JULY 9 & JULY 10, details tbd.
