If you have issues accessing it or are a spouse or secondary adult in the home, contact us to assist you with access. (It's also a handy Mobile App and photos of your issue can be uploaded in a service request!) -- Some Routine Service Requests may still be serviceable at the discretion of management to include exterior repairs. -- For items like light bulbs, air filters, small tools, and lawn care items, etc: A Self Help Service Request can be placed through ActiveBuilding or by calling the maintenance line at 760-386-2460. We will deliver the item(s) to your front door for as long as we are able. -- Pest Control Services will cease indoor treatments. If necessary, traps can be dropped off. -- We will continue to prioritize our response to your Emergency and Urgent Service Requests. What is considered an Emergency or Urgent Service Request? Any issue posing an immediate or potential threat to life, health, and safety of an individual as prescribed in the chart attached. All other maintenance issues are deemed Routine Service Requests. We request that residents notify a member of our staff if anyone in your residence may have been exposed to COVID-19, has recently traveled from an affected area, may have flu-like symptoms, is under self-quarantine or has tested positive for COVID-19, so that we may take the proper precautions. Did you know? We offer bulk trash pickup on your normal trash day. Please place oversized trash items and broken down cardboard boxes in your designated trash pickup area in a neat manner. Loose packing materials may be bagged and secured if necessary and placed as bulk trash. As a reminder, please ensure both trash and recycling can lids can remain shut at all times. Failure to do so causes harmful littering by wind and wildlife. Cans should be returned to your designated storage areas following pickup (same day), not left in alleyways or on curbs as it is poses additional safety concerns.
