We received a lot of calls this past weekend asking us whether or not we would still be open for holiday shopping during California's regional stay-at-home order. The answer is ABSOLUTELY WE ARE, and we're also having a HUGE End Of The Year Sale !!... We will be following the recommended guidelines and continuing to upkeep the highest standards of cleanliness inside The Treadmill in order to continue to keep our valued customers safe. Dear Treadmill Friends & Supporters, It has been brought to our attention that in this weeks edition of the Carmel Pine Cone, The Treadmill was listed as one of the local business's that received between $350,000 to $1 million dollars in PPP loans. Besides feeling like we should check our mailbox to see if the remaining $290,500 to $940,500 is in there, as a small family owned business that employs nine local members of our community, we feel that it's important to correct a...nd inform everyone that we we're EXTREMELY grateful to have received $59,500 in PPP loans to cover two months rent and our teams payroll. We have had many many people come into The Treadmill since we reopened with the sole intention of shopping local and supporting the local economy and for that we are extremely grateful and feel correcting this HUGE misrepresentation of our financial situation is important. After reaching out to The Pine Cone, who are innocent in this mistake, they confirmed that the spreadsheet they received had a mistake on it and The Treadmill's amount was listed with an incorrectly placed comma. Thank you everyone who's made and effort to come in over the last several weeks since reopening to support us and the local economy.
