By far one of my fave herbs!!! If in doubt use lavender, chances are it will probably help.. most commonly though it's used for anxiety, arthritis, asthma, infections, headaches , etc.. Here is my favorite combo for muscle tension! 13 drops cedarwood (anti-spasmodic) 22 drops lavender (relaxing)... 22 drops eucalyptus (pain reliever ) You can add these to 10 oz of a carrier oil (jojoba, grapeseed, sweet almond, & coconut oil are what I use the most) I love Doterra essential oils and get all my carrier oils and herbs from www.
