Things are getting weird out there right now. So many of us are feeling scared, unsure of what's going on, hopeless, thinking when will we come out of this, on the otherside. Last year I felt that too. What I had built was crumbling inspite of all my efforts and that got to me mentally, emotionally and physically. I was depressed and tried to numb it with unhealthy choices and thoughts. With the unconditional love and support of my family, I was finally able to make choices t...o stop the unhealthy habits and self loathing. I was then able to make little, simple, consistent changes to turn that around. While I still have a lot to deal with and a long way to go, I have been able to make progress. If you feel any of these things, know that you are not alone. We are all in it together and that's the only way we will all get through it, together.
