Your organs and systems reset, repair and recharge automatically during sleep. Deficient sleep increases stress hormone levels and inhibits your immune system. For every hour of sleep between 8 pm-12 midnight, you are getting about 2 hours worth of restorative sleep compared to sleep after 12 am. Get to bed early .

Tip 3/5 : Oxygenate your lungs daily. Carbon dioxide in our lungs is body’s waste product and can make us sick if it accumulates in high concentrations. We need to replace carbon dioxide with oxygen for our body to work optimally. This can happen in many ways from taking a cold shower (increases our oxygen levels from deep breathing ), to being in nature where trees and plants provide us with oxygen. Fire-breathing is also a great way to move oxygen in and CO2 out of our lungs ( just make sure your windows are open.)
