Do you think it is a good idea to tour homes without a prequalification to buy? What do you see as pro's and con's?

As of today, 643 homes on the market. WOW! Can you say sellers market?

Unfortunately, we had no winner for our April drawing. We will try again for May.

We still have a couple of days to get referrals in to enter to win for our April contest. Any referral must be prequalify for your eligibility. Seller must have listing agreement signed. In lieu of Disneyland tickets as we are not sure when it will open. The winner will receive 500 dollars cash. Get those referrals to me to be eligible. If no winner, we will roll over to next contest.
