Cancer doesn’t stop during a pandemic and neither do we. Today we provided cancer patients with a free, comprehensive second opinion virtually. Thanks to our volunteer physicians: Dr. Lessin, Dr. Ransingh, Dr. Brewer, Dr. Ally, Dr. Parivar.

Thesecondopinion is one of the 200 nonprofits served by the Community Thrift Store in San Francisco. The Thrift Store allows people to donate used items and designate a portion of the sales of those items to a specific charity. Thesecondopinion is Charity #124.

Today three patients were able to speak to a panel of cancer specialists, ask questions and get the information they need to make informed medical decisions. Thank you Dr. Tsang, Dr. Kleckner, Dr. Roach III, Dr. Gorder, Dr. Brewer and Dr. Muirhead for all you do for cancer patients. We could not provide free, comprehensive second opinions to cancer patients without the help of our wonderful volunteers.
