A look back at the market...15 years! Wow!! I began my real estate career in 2006, then the market tanked. You can see it in these graphs...look at the inventory..and days on the market (yikes). The price per square foot took a huge hit, while the inventory and month's supply soared, and we wondered if it would ever come back...then it did...and surpassed the high values we saw before the crash. The biggest difference between then and now; the easy money and no doc loans (aka; liar loans) are no longer available.
