Reminder: self-care can be leaning into rest and being mindfully present. Really telling myself this as I tend to lean into work, productivity and a full schedule. I’m learning how to be okay with the art of being present and letting go of busy-ness. Working from home has been quite a toll on us.. and having a clean space makes me feel SO much better I’m less stressed, less anxious. I feel more at ease and home just feels light & airy. Our space is a reflection of how we’re doing internally. Your home doesn’t have to be perfect but if you work on one area at a time it’ll elevate your mood and evoke a sense of accomplishment.
