Mental health and stigma around getting help in the Black Community is steeped in trauma from our history. Today in honor of Black history we move toward healing the community and ourselves.

What are planning to leave behind, let go of, drop off in 2021? What lessons are you taking with you as you move toward your mindset shift?

I know this year was hard for many but for others it was a year of abundance. Whatever it was for you find your lesson and propel yourself in a new direction.

Checking in I hope everyone is taking care of themselves and if not it’s okay. Do the best you can until you can do a little more.

This journey is personal but not a secret. You see I want to bring other women along for the journey because empowered women empower other women. Down 3 inches in my waist and feeling healthy in my mind, spirit and body!!

#marriagemonday sex is still in the top five for why marriage issues occur. Communication and having real and vulnerable conversations are key to understanding. Emotional intimacy can reduce the risk of physical intimacy suffering.
