Sometimes in life people choose to dislike us for no reason other than their own internal conflict. When this happens we try not to take it personally. However, it becomes personal when rumors turn to slander which is simply not ok. The reason I am making this post is because I am now hearing from customers negative things about us and our business from a place who used to sell out of our waffles weekly. One customer in specific decided it was ok to not pay me after I had al...ready delivered to her house and put them in her freezer while she was not home. She was perturbed that I did not have the payment method she requested even though I clearly stated that cash or check payment gains you free delivery. I proceeded by sending an invoice for her to pay. She decided that bullying me until 11pm last night was the answer. I was very confused and hurt by the fact that this person, who doesn't know me, could say such negative things. I have never had a conflict with a customer, ever. Those of you who know me personally and professionally can understand that this is very frustrating to me. I appreciate all of you greatly and try to make the delivery process as easy as possible for everyone. Up until now, it has been a smooth transition since removing our product from the cafe. We care about our customers and their suggestions. If you have received good customer service from us we would greatly appreciate if you would leave a comment below or a review on Yelp.
