R.I.P to Spike. The greatest, biggest American Bulldog I have ever seen. He was a so nice the term "gentle giant" literally matched him. He was also a direct descendant of the dog named "Chance" from the movie "Homeward Bound." You will be missed buddy! -The Poodle Puff

R.I.P to Ben. A 4 year old English Bulldog who recently passed away. He was loved and cherished by not only his family but by every one at The Poodle Puff and others alike. He was a spectacular dog and none other can replace him. You will never be forgotten. -The Poodle Puff

A very sad news came to our attention here at The Poodle Puff today morning. One of our favorite German Shepherds Hexa passed on. The owner Andy would bathe her and one day noticed a lump and discomfort in her leg. The veterinarian amputated it and she lived like so for over a year. About a month ago while Andy was bathing her he noticed that she had a foul odor coming from her body. He advised the owners to have her get checked out by a veterinarian. The vet said that the cancer had spread through out her body and gave the advice of putting her down. Hexa had other amazing stories in her life that will keep her in the memories of her loved ones forever. She will be missed and enjoy doggy heaven, Hexa.

Darn. We didn't beat Thanksgiving but we did hit 48 dogs. 2 were for nails and a total of 47 with either a full grooming or just bathing!

8am and its 41 degrees outside. Let the day begin!

We had a total of 38 dogs today. Tomorrow we have a total of 31 dogs with appointments already. This is going to be one insane Christmas! We have a strong feeling that we will beat our record of 52 dogs that we did on Thanksgiving. Wish us well and wish us luck!

So for Thanksgiving we had 52 total dogs walk in through our doors. 49 were for either a full haircut/wash service or wash only. 3 were for nails. Let's see if we can match or beat that total for Christmas on Saturday!
