Incredibly thankful for our team as we start the 2020 harvest season. Picking olives is an incredibly labor-intensive process. We use vibrating rakes to remove all the olives off the trees, they fall to the ground where we place tarps all around the trees, we then collect the olives and send them straight to the mill!
