Please see our photos and videos of our units to see the difference. We allow ONE small pet for an additional security deposit of $350. All apartments have full size washer and dryers inside! YOU PAY for SMUD and PG&E, while WE PAY your water, sewer and trash. Your cable and internet provider would be Comcast. The Manager is available BY APPOINTMENT.
