We've missed you. It’s official! On May 26, 2020 the Governor of California gave salons the green light to reopen! In order to comply with the new health and safety regulations, we will require the next several days to prepare our space and our staff. ... Our goal is to be open and operating by Tuesday, June 2. Note that schedules and protocols for all services will be altered until the health and government officials deem it safe to return to normal. This is a crazy time for all of us, and we want to thank you for being patient and understanding of our moral commitment to protecting our Community. To our returning clients, we are reaching out to each and every person in our contact list to set up appointment times. Looking forward to seeing you! Normal Collective

Normal Collective Clients, Friends and Community, We are feeling concerned and have decided that for the safety of our Clients, Staff and community we will temporarily close our doors. This is a hard decision to make especially being a small business, but we feel that for Humanity sake we must all do our part, until we have more calculated information regarding the current Covid 19 situation. Even though we have taken extra disinfecting actions as of late, We are constantl...y reminded that we work in very close spaces with our clients. We all have an opinion about what is currently happening world wide and we feel that it is the appropriate thing to do for everyones safety. If we all do our part this will be over sooner. Clients and Friends of Normal Collective it is unfortunate that we have to send a message like this but Covid 19 is a reality and we feel like we should all do our part to protect each other. We Realize that there is a lot of different opinions regarding Covid 19, but we will err on the side of caution just to be sure. Here are a few things that we will do and change effective immediately. - We are asking you to PLEASE RESCHEDULE if you are showing any signs or think that yo...u may have been exposed even if you show no signs of illness, this includes runny nose, Gastrointestinal illness, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, chill etc. even if you think its allergies please reschedule. - We will now stay home if we have any signs of cold or flu symptoms. In the past we have worked if our clients did not have concern about getting sick. - We will be asking you to wash your hands as soon as you come in to the salon and before you leave. - keep all children not receiving services at home. - We will be the only ones touching the iPad for checkout service. - We feel at this time it is important to minimize handshakes and hugs. - We will continue to wash our hands in between every client, use clean capes with every client, Use Clean towels, disinfect chairs after every client and keep a clean salon. Our intention is to try and keep the safest environment for our Clients and Staff. Thank you for your continued Support Normal Collective
