Massage Therapy Center is re-opening Wednesday, July 1ST! At this time, we will only be accepting clients by appointment. You can book an appointment online through our website starting Friday June 26TH. On July 1ST appointment bookings will be available by sending an email to: [email protected] or by telephone @ 310.444.8989... Please note that the health and safety of our clients and staff is our number one priority. Therefore the following guidelines are in place when booking an appointment. Steam room, Showers and locker rooms will not be available for use during this time. Clients will have access to the restroom however amenities will temporarily be unavailable. Clients should arrive 5- 10 mins prior to their appointment and not earlier. As we currently will not allow guests to wait in the lobby area. By appointment only and each guest (new& returning) will need to leave a CC number *one time with the front desk during booking. Six feet of separation with clients when checking in/ out for their appointment. Cashless transactions are encouraged- please bring a card for payment- if tipping in cash, please place this in one of the envelopes provided. In addition to having a professional cleaning service daily, therapists and estheticians will sanitize and disinfect each treatment room after each service. Clients will be allowed 5-10 mins in the room to prepare and change for their service however due to the time needed for practitioners to sanitize and use a UV light properly, we cannot allow clients to stay in the rooms for a longer period. Due to this time needed to properly clean between each appointment, therapists and estheticians unfortunately cannot extend if you arrive late. Everyone including Clients, contractors, our staff in the front desk area and laundry ladies will wear a mask at all times. Clients must wear a mask during the entire duration of their appointment. If there are more than 2 people in the lobby area, there will be benches outside of MTC marked by 6 ft of distance for you to wait for your appointment. Hand sanitizer gel will be placed at the front desk. Please use it at the time of check-in. We will not be serving any apples, however refreshments will still be available. If you are a new client, please fill out your healthcare questionnaire and new client form prior to visiting. If preferred, robes will be available for you to grab after you check in and walk to your room. MTC will be operating under reduced hours-- with a closing time of 9:00PM Monday through Wednesday and a temporary weekly closure on Thursdays. During the mid day, the front desk will continue to sanitize and disinfect the spa while constantly spraying down the front desk, all door handles and restrooms. Followed by the nightly cleaning crew to sanitize and disinfect for each new business day.

We are temporarily closing the Massage Therapy Center for a few weeks effective Tuesday March 17TH, with plans to re-open April 1ST, unless otherwise communicated. Thank you for your patience and we understand how difficult it is during these times, however in order to protect the public and practitioners- as recommended by the California Massage Therapy Council, it is best to resume services once it is safe to return. The wellness of our community remains our top priority, and we continue to maintain a clean and disinfected center for all of you. Each practitioner is continuing to follow safety precautions and protocols. We continue to follow this everyday at the center after each session. A few of our sanitation and cleaning measures are detailed below: -Sanitize massage equipment and supplies including massage table, face cradle, lotions and hot stones. -Change face cradles, sheets, pi...llow cases, bolster covers and towels after each massage and facial session. -Washing linen in hot water and appropriate cleaning detergents. -Avoiding cross contamination with massage lotions/ oils and facial products and avoiding double dipping for each client. -Constantly wiping down with antibacterial wipes. If you are feeling unwell, we recommend and ask that if you are symptomatic of an illness, from the common cold to the flu, please take steps to safeguard others and remain at home until you feel better before booking an appointment at the center.
