Thank you David Yin and the Forbes team for your support as well! On my 30s birthday, I finally made the cut! In 2015, I had this dream to build Asia’s first secondary marketplace to help investors invest in global pre-IPO companies. With that, my life changed in so many unpredictable ways - building two offices in both San Francisco and China, later expanding into Southeast Asia. I traveled to Asia at least 50 times to meet companies and investors, speaking on panels I’d never dreamed of speaking on topics ranging Cross Border investing, female entrepreneurship, and the emergence of Asian family offices. Before I turned 20, I lived in China, the United States, and the United Kingdom. I knew building something impactful and a global business was in my blood. My parents used to joke- we didn’t come to the US so you go back to work in China! Well, despite the crazy flights and constant traveling, I found joy in connecting people from all continents and making miracles happen by leveraging capital markets to help innovative companies grow.
