There's a reason we have a kumquat tree in our back yard... when they're in season, we love plucking one off a branch and popping the crunchy-fresh citrusy bites in our mouth. If you've never had them, they're definitely worth the experience! We can't stop snacking on them right now.. and they're available in bounty at the moment as we're in peak California citrus season! Come say hi!

We've got your Wine + Cheese pairing for NYE... Ready? The Cheese --> One of our favorites, the Brillat Savarin is a triple-creme cheese (read: super-high percentage of butterfat) with flavor that sticks to and lingers in every corner of your mouth. A thin, edible snowy rind is a perfect complement to the fully fresh, lactic flavor. And we love the mushroomy edge balancing each bite. BONUS POINTS: It’s on sale right now for $16.99/lb (Reg. $19.99/lb) Pair it with --> How about the Paltrinieri Lambrusco di Sorbara 'Piria' ? With its pale color of crushed cranberries, this wine features a gentle acidity and subtle fruity flavor make for something quite savory and elegant... and a perfect pair with the decadent Brillat.

It’s still winter and we wanted to highlight one of the most delicious and versatile ingredients of the season: Butternut squash Of all the winter squash varieties, butternut is one of the sweetest... which explains why it’s also one of the most popular. We love it roasted and thrown in salads (or just to snack on), in soups and stews. ... And bonus points? A great source of fiber and micronutrients.. so much so that just 3 tablespoons of cooked butternut squash counts as one of your five-a-day The nutrients in butternut squash help protect eye health, cell renewal, boosts immunity, and is a great hydrator. It’s true, butternut squash can be hard to peel, which is why we offer it peeled, and cubed ready to use!

This weekend only: FREE with $35+ purchase Fromage de Meaux (Rouzaire) brie wedge Value: ~$12 (Currently on sale for ~$7)... REDEEM BY SHOWING OR MENTIONING THIS OFFER They say this is the brie of bries... the King of Cheeses.. One of the oldest French cheeses, this cow's milk brie was elected as the "King of Cheeses" in 1814, and has the AOC* approval as an elite cheese. It doesn't end there - it's arguably the most popular of France's 400+ cheeses. The cheese has a balanced appearance and aroma and a flavor that's lightly pungent, with mushroomy, grassy notes. It's rich, with an oozing buttery texture, with a white velvety rind, which, as it ripens, may often have red patches. *Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, or AOC, is a French food-labeling term that protects the style, ingredients, and origin of a product Pairing suggestion: Delicious with fig preserves, your favorite bubbles or a Bordeaux wine. And now the fine print: This weekend only, while supplies last. One per customer at time of purchase. Applicable on a single transaction of $35+ pre-tax on goods only (excludes catering and gift cards). No rainchecks.
