Strengthen and tone your body with an invigorating set of yoga postures. This class is designed for students of all levels who wish to discover the physical benefits of yoga. You will be guided through poses to increase strength, balance, and endurance. Be prepared to work hard, sweat, and transform your body inside and out.... 10:30am // BREATHE & FLOW Get out of your head and allow your breath to guide you though this moving meditation. This class will use pranayama (breathing techniques) and yoga asanas (postures) designed for all levels of practice. You will commence a sequence of postures that are linked together by the breath, allowing you to escape the external world and discover the intrinsic wisdom of the body.
