Komaaj pop up at the Laundry!

The Laundry is coming back to the community that we’ve missed so much. Our home will be opened exclusively for a long-term culinary residency with Komaaj: an Iranian collective focused on food, drinks, and flavors from all regions of Northern Iran. For three days per week (Thu, Fri, Sat) Komaaj will cook ancient and healthy Persian medicinal food traditions. This includes pungent Persian pickles, wild herb mixes, and dried Iranian seeds. In addition, the Komaaj cafe will serve 3-19 Coffee and exotic teas. Wine is sourced from the Middle East by the Borderless Wine, which includes bottles from Lebanon’s beautiful Bekaa Valley. They can be enjoyed outside on our patio with food, or to take home, too.

Enjoy some exciting sounds and visuals with your isolation pod ! Resident will be in your living room tonight... Tune in at 8pm. Dancing is encouraged, it's good for you.
