The attorneys claiming to have 2/3rds of the vote did not tell the judge they had already acquired the necessary votes to approve the plan in the hearing today.... A very good indication they are lying to us. They won't lie to the court but if you believe they have this in the bag you're dead WRONG. If they did have the votes they would have told the judge today. Kudos to Will Abrams for stepping up AGAIN and AGAIN to be our voice! Without him the judge would not know what the issues are. We would just be doormats. I feel we have a voice in this and let's not forget judge Donato's role too. He's the higher court and if when all is said and done he feels things aren't right...it will be in his power to make it right. Never give up hope, keep fighting the good fight
