Ladies and Gentlemen we have 2 very special beers to introduce. The 2020 Bourbon Co. Stout and it’s big brother, the 2017 Bourbon Co. Stout, which we have lovingly cellared for 3 years. Bourbon County Stout begins its life as an imperial stout made by Goose Island Brewing company of Chicago, its then put into a blend of Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace and Jim Beam barrels for a full year, where it pulls the beautiful whiskey flavors from the barrels. We’re putting one on fresh and pouring one that we’ve let mellow for three long years. They are amazing and you should try them before they’re gone. Cheers
