Thank You for your patience. Hey hey!!! For those of you that do not know!!! We are back!! It has been a complete month since the Governor has given the green light to get back into the salons. As promised, I began servicing clients that were already in the books the next day! The books are open but the books are also tight! Per the last email PLEASE trust my referrals! For Rancho location you automatically have the option of next available stylist, for Montclair I give out r...eferrals! I am truly BLESSED to have you as a client, but as you can imagine fitting everyone in has been a little stressful! So with patience from all parties we can get back into a regimen! With all that's going on, I haven't been able to throw our annual customer appreciation party so here is a coupon for you to use on the next service! Thank you so much, please wear your mask, refrain from bringing any extra guest during your appointment and due to limited time please be mindful in cancellations (the $35 cancellation policy is still in effect, but its more important for you to cancel ahead of time to give others the chance to book) We are in a very historic part of our lives! We’ve made some changes due to COVID-19 Dear Hair Farm community, Hey everyone this is Stevenie!!! All I can continue to say is "this is some crazy times!". Unfortunately we have no idea when the Salons will reopen. At this time it is really hard to cancel and re-book all of the appointments and I want to say I completely thank you guys for understanding! I have received some questions about products to use while not being able to come into the salon and I will list some sugg...estions! Both Locations Are CLOSED I will be making affordable wigs to get you thru this time if needed please reach out I can set up in-store pickup, delivery, or online orders of hair care products or wigs that will allow me to serve and support you during this time I have about 4 shampoo and conditioner sets which are Design Essential (the products I use on your hair) if you are interested reach out and i will either send it to you meet you or advise you on other products to satisfy YOUR hair needs! Don't panic!!! Be proactive!!! Hey guys!!! Both yours and our health is at upmost importance. Below you will find a couple of ways we can help stop the spread of this pandemic! STAY HOME... *If you feel sick, have a fever or cold/flu like symptoms. * if you have been traveling in and out of the country within the last 3 weeks *if you have been in contact with someone who may be or is infected with the virus *if you are 65 and older *if your immune system is weakened NOTE FROM STEVENIE It is my number one duty to insure the safety of my staff. Although I love you all I have to make sure I create a safe space for my staff and myself, so please be mindful for my staff and their families. I am pretty healthy, if I were to contract the virus from a customer I would be fine but I live with my grandparents and that is where the problem would come. so I ask please if you are feeling any of these symptoms stay home respect the "give space" guidelines and remain proactive! Our doors are open! We are still taking HEALTHY clients! If you find yourself In a self quarantine grab a book, we host an online book club every month! This months book is "The History of the black Dollar" by Angel Rich. Use this time to connect with your loved ones, I've had so many meaningful conversations with those i love sitting in the car or at the dinner table. Pick up the phone!!! Check on an old friend or lost family member!
