Great news everyone! We will be re-opening The Gym on Friday, June 12! We're waiting to see what time we can open doors, so stay tuned. Look forward to seeing all of you!

Just to let all members know that we will be withdrawing membership dues for June. We expect to be open again before the middle of the month pending final state and county approval. We should know by the end of the week what the plan is and we will post to let everyone know. Thank you all for hanging in there with us and can't wait to see you soon!

The new Stepmills have arrived!

Hey everyone. We just want to once again thank all of you who have generously offered to continue making payments even with The Gym being closed. We are overwhelmed by the phone calls, emails and texts offering us to withdraw membership dues. We greatly appreciate the dedication and love for The Gym. We want you to know, we are not in any danger of closing. As said before, we have used this time to do as many improvements as possible, The Gym will be even better than before! We will make it through this and will be open again as soon as possible. Stay healthy. See you all soon!

COVID-19 Update: Sacramento County just issued a new health order which extends shelter in place to May 22nd. We continue to be optimistic that we will open at this time, but unfortunately it is not up to us. We will again not withdraw member dues but hope to be back in business late May. We have been cleaning, painting and getting The Gym ready for re-opening as soon as that comes. We still are waiting on our new pieces of equipment and we will post pictures once they have a...rrived. We have a couple other improvements that should be completed before you all get to come back. The Gym will be better than ever! Finally, a huge thank you to the numerous members who have offered to continue their membership payments during the shutdown, however we just can't take them until we are able to withdraw from all members. Hi everyone! We want to let you know what is going on. The social distancing and stay at home orders from the government have been extended through April, which is disappointing but necessary. Therefore, we will NOT be taking membership dues from you this month (no, not an April Fool's joke). While we are aware that other gyms are still doing withdrawals, we feel it just isn't right since The Gym is not accessible to you. As a business it makes things very tight for us but, f...or 27 years, we have always looked out for members first and will continue to do so. We anticipate being back in operation in early May and can't wait to see everyone then! Our two new pieces of equipment have been delayed since the company has ceased deliveries, but we will have them prior to re-opening... at least we better, they're paid for already. :) Stay healthy, stay safe and THANK YOU for your continued support!! The Gym has always been known as the cleanest gym in town, but it is even more so now. We have been cleaning, disinfecting and detailing everything in here to be ready for reopening. Also, we have two brand new awesome pieces of equipment being delivered this week (hopefully). We will post them once they are in and installed. The Gym will be even better than before! Hope you all are doing well, staying safe and healthy. We're looking forward to seeing everyone again!

UPDATE: To all of our valued members. The Gym is closed while we all try to deal with the coronavirus, per county legal directive. We will be open for business again at 12:01a on April 8th. Please stay healthy and active as much as possible. We look forward to seeing you all again very soon. We appreciate all of you and your continuing support of Sacramento's best gym!! We are nothing without our awesome members! Thank you!!
