L...ast nights Dinner at Willow Creek Ranch was no expectation. From the locally sourced show stopping menu created by Chef Gabrielle Moes of Seasons Catering and Events to the perfectly paired wines of Clos des Amis wines, brews from Leashless Brewing and delicious signature cocktail created just for the evening by Channel Islands Distillery.... Add in the opportunity to meet the featured farmers, like Alana and Alan King & King Ranch, Johnny Fonteyn of Rio Gozo Farm and members of the McGrath Clan from Flying M Ranch, all pulled in with the wonderful sounds by Latin guitarist Francisco Leon and a backdrop of stallions dancing in the evenings air and finished off with a local roasted cup of Beacon Coffee. Put it all together and field to fork at its very best and a magical evening that will be long remembered. We will say it again, we could not do what we do what we do with the following amazing people. Wonderful trip to the Griffith Observatory. Residents had the opportunity to watch a wonderful Planetarium presentation, a beautiful view of the Downtown and th...e Hollywood sign. We were also had the opportunity to view the 10 inch refactor telescope at the observatory, an astronomical piece of history. See more
