A few years back, I had a leg injury and had to have 2 surgeries with some complications. But all is good, now! Thank God! I have been a tad apprehensive to get back out on the mountain. I was an avid skier and snowboarder for many many years. I miss it a lot. There’s no reason I can’t go back on the mountain, it’s just that I’ve gotten older and probably a little bit more cautious. But when I see these breath taking shots of Mammoth Mountain, (in my opinion, the best snow o...n earth) I want to go back up! It’s about a 4 Hour drive from Los Angeles and we would get up at 4am to be on the mountain by 9 AM. Ride all weekend, go home Sunday, and do it all again the next Friday.
