From January 14-21st the Forge and other local restaurants will showcase an entree that features locally sourced fish, using sustainable catch methods, by resident fishermen. This week we are featuring a Sablefish that is delicate, flaky and buttery sweet. Caught by Captains Rich and DAN Deyerly on their vessel the Sea Harvest right of of Moss Landing. Sablefish a la Nobu marinated for 18 hours in a miso, saki and Mirin sauce and then broiled to a crispy caramelized finish...delish!!

The Forge will be closed December 12th @5pm for our annual employee Christmas Party.

The Forge will be closed tonight at 7:30 pm, last reservation at 6pm for a private event. We will also be closed tomorrow, October 27th at 5:30, last reservation at 4 pm. Thank you for your understanding:)
