Welcome to this week’s Flashback Foodie Friday! This week takes us back to a small dessert catering we did for a private birthday party at The R10 Social House in Redondo Beach. We did a Drop-Set for this birthday party. This is where we come in with all of our platters, risers, decor, etc and set everything up and get the food in place. Then we pick everything up after the party. ... Our Mini Desserts Menu was always a hit with our clients and their guests. We would do a variety so there was something for every taste. The menu for this event wasn’t a big one. They choose three of our Mini Desserts, which were all homemade. The Menu: Mini Lemon Cupcakes with Lemony Cream Cheese Frosting Chocolate Pudding Shooters with Whipped Cream Mini Cheesecakes with Fresh Blueberries We hope you enjoyed this trip down Memory lane with us. We are super excited to announce that we will be hosting @sol.amor.macrame and her first macrame class here at @theflowertortillas on Saturday, February 13! Class size is limited to 5 people. It will be outside and socially distanced in our back lot. Masks will be required. Each student will be provided with their own station and materials. This is a great activity for galentines! Get together 5 of your friends from your bubble and enjoy a fun activity outside! Or come on you...r own or with a couple friends. It’s also a fun date activity too! You will learn to make a plant hanger similar to the one pictured. We will also have special deals on plants that day as well. @sol.amor.macrame is our macrame vendor in the shop, and she is super talented!
