The training mask is one of the most amazing tools I've ever used. After five days of bike riding with it, I already need less sleep, have more energy and my mind is much more focused. I thought these things were a fad. I was dead wrong. Give it a shot if you get the chance. Just one note: be careful with this if you're on very low sleep, your heart rate will be too high. Additionally, always monitor your heart rate when using it.
