Original contractor made a rookie mistake and didn't seal and flash vent pipe correctly and caused a leak. Removed 4 panels and made repairs. Another satisfied homeowner.

Pour went well, except they shorted us ha ha. Cut the pumper loose, nothing another truck and a wheelbarrow can't fix. Finishing up today. Progress pics. More work to be done, more pics to come.

Santee post fire remodel. Step one remove panels, demo tomorrow. Before/After

Job walk this evening. We are hoping to handle solar removal and reinstall, re roof, drywall and paint. More pics to come as the remodel progresses.

Long day..... But we say what we mean and mean what we say. Removed last week, re-papered the roof, reinstalled panels. As an added bonus to the homeowner we shifted panels around to increase production.
