VIP Dates _ TDO’s Velocity Improvement Program dates are here. This will be a 3 month program that will run 3 days a week for 90min each time for a total of 4.5 hours a week. _ The first day of VIP will be December 5th and end on March 6th. Classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.... _ Sign ups for this intense program have begun. Make sure to sign up for VIP through Coach Jake and/or Coach Jordan. Pitchers are not the only players that need to be able to do this. Think you throw hard? Let’s see it. _ You don’t get this from just throwing weighted plyo balls against a wall as hard as you can. Our VIP program will be once again ran by TDO pitching coach Jordan Kron (@jordyb2). With his BS in Kinesiology - Exercise Science, Jordan is able to improve the overall movement patterns of every athlete to not only help them throw hard, but throw properly and efficiently consiste...ntly. The class will include core & shoulder stability/strength training. _ In our first year of having VIP last winter, we averaged a 6.6mph gain through the program ran by Jordan. _ Having @altamontperformancelab next door only makes our team stronger.
