As some of our clients and associates might have assumed by now due to recent activities, the need to isolate assets and liabilities of the TDG member businesses and profit centers under a single more manageable corporate umbrella is now in process. In the coming months we will be announcing the opening of "ANBEMA HOLDINGS, INC." [A Privately Held Company of The Decion Grou...p of Companies, LLC]. We will be shifting all accounting function to this newly managed operation as soon as possible. In addition to all current business ventures, ANBEMA HOLDINGS will be tasked with the administration of licensing and franchised interests of The Decion Group. With reference to internal meetings and the memo dated June 23, 2018, we believe that this action will increase profits while helping to reduce tax liabilities and to aide towards sustaining the growth targets set forth in Q1 of 2018.
