Cheers to a BRAND NEW YEAR! As we all know this last one was straight traaasshhhh! In retrospect we did learn a lot tho.... We learned that we have a tremendously loyal staff that cares. - we couldn’t have made it thru the last 10 months without their hard work and sacrifice. How do we pack that roundhouse-kick of flavor to your mouth into every sweet & savory sip of our super-popular cocktail DAQ DAT THANG UP...? ? ? It’s a pretty simple actually. We take a ripe pineapple, quarter it lengthwise, and toss it on our smoker at @thesmokdhog for about 4 hours, where it sucks in all kinds of White Oak smokey goodness. ... After we pull it, we allow it to rest for two days, then chop it into 1x1 chunkers. The chunks then take a 4 day bath in this mysterious marvel of Martinique perfection know as @rhumjmofficiel ‘s white Agricole Rhum. The Agricole provides a raw, vegetal earthiness that joins our smoked pineapple in perfect libatious harmony, and dances the Macarena with the remaining ingredients of black pepper sugar syrup, lime juice, and angostura bitters. The cocktail is basic and traditional, but the flavor profile of the infusion is what makes it super neat and snazzy. Come cool off and knock one back today pals. #emojis #iwasfeelinit #daquiri

The other day we while some employees were in shuffling around and doing some cleaning & organizing Anthony came in. He asked how everyone had been, how they were holding up, what they’ve been doing, etc. Before he left he handed over a few greeting cards, and said he just wanted to give us a little t...hanks, and rolled before we got them open.
