Just heard about this beautiful manufacturing space to share available Feb 1st in SF. Photos in comments. Please message us here and we will pass along the contact info to apply for tenancy. "Hi team, I am thrilled that the brand new manufacturing space facilitated by SF Made has offered to lease one of their spaces as shared space. I am looking for other creators who are in production to be part of this space for long term rental. Please reply directly to me if you have que...stions or would like to discuss! Details and a few photos below, ~Even (Fiber and metal smith artist) Some details: The address is 150 Hooper, next to Arch Art Supplies and Adobe. The space is about 2000 square feet with high ceilings and a very large window pair for lots of natural light. It faces north on the third floor and the view is open. We plan to have a little sitting communal space in front of the window. Photo below is of one half of the view! Some space is claimed but we have flexibility to arrange workspaces between 100-350 square feet at $4/square foot per month. Lease is deposit is twice monthly rent and then first month’s rent. Can lease for 1-3 years. Cement floors and we will have half walls to divide space but keep light and some community crossover. Ok to attach to walls with repair upon move out. The building is for light manufacturing and some of the other building tenants are industrial sewing, robotics, SF Made offices, and the new Humanmade (which is a non-profit Techshop). I think ideal matches are other light metal workers, fiber artists, printmakers, and anyone looking for a bright space and great community. Electric and water are included in the square foot price as the building charges us that way. We can get internet as a group in addition to square foot price."

A friend is currently working with a retailer in SF who is looking to collaborate with minority female owned business(es) to do a set of pop-up shops at their corporate headquarters on March 8th. The shop can sell anything but should be something that is a price point that most would consider an "impulse buy" (aka $400 leather purses may not work in this situation).
