I'm thrilled to share Rachel W Cole's amazing masterclass Feast. It takes a lot of courage to break-free from diets. You don't have to go it alone. Feast is back for the fifth time and she is now accepting applications! https://goo.gl/b4BqjW

Put my little stove to the test yesterday with a day of tamale making with friends. Want to make something but don't have the equipment? Ask around! People often have large pots, pasta makers, ice cream makers, and other specialty equipment hiding in their cupboards and are happy to have someone put them to use. The pots in the picture are both borrowed from neighbors. In other news, things are heating up with The Cooking Habit I'll be sharing my updated site with new programs and more interviews on Habitual Home Cooks this week! Stay tuned!

My new blog 'Habitual Home Cooks' is live! This space will highlight the many home cooks that have inspired my own cooking habit and give me an opportunity to meet the cooks that inspire you. When you think of someone who is an excellent home cook, who you do think of? Perhaps a friend, sibling, parent, grandparent, or neighbor. Introduce me! (Email me: [email protected]) I'd love to interview them for this blog to share their kitchen wisdom with my clients and readers. I started out answering these questions myself to give you a taste of my own cooking routine. Read more here: https://goo.gl/dt4Hs2
