More progress on the remodel Our entrance doors have been installed, the base layer of intumescent paint has been sprayed over the fitness floor, windows installed in the Training Grounds, and new sheetrock throughout the facility. It’s so exciting to watch this project take shape!

IMPORTANT UPDATE! We are closed for the remainder of the day due to the wind and rain. We will be back open tomorrow, but there will be no machines available to use.

You guessed it... we moved the equipment again! With Santa Clara County’s guidelines being extended, we brought out more equipment. Per member feedback, we've moved the leg press, iso-lateral chest, and back machines outdoors. Keep the feedback coming - we love to hear it!

Our annual children’s hospital toy drive is here! Each toy on the wishlist was chosen by a child at a local children’s hospital and will be delivered to them for Christmas.
