This years bridge run to bring in the new year is a little different than in the past. Please join us in doing an individualized version and tag us in your pre or post workout pic! Starting point: Take the final exit before the Bridge from southbound 101. Turn left on Alexander Ave, then right on Conzelman Rd. (Do not get back on 101).... Turn left down the hill into the north west parking lot. Workout COVID 19: Cross under the bridge to the vista point. Circle around to your left to the southbound GGB pedestrian walkway. Run across the bridge and follow the map down to the shoreline as indicated. Perform the following: C- 19 Candlestick rock to stand O- 19 1 arm@pushups alternating V- 19 V-ups I- 19 Inch worm D- 19 Devils Press (use a rock) Run back across the bridge to the north west parking lot. #newyear #resolution #workout #goldengatebridge
