Competitive Freestyle and BackStroke Competition is the key to keep your kids practicing any Sport long term. Our Level 5 purpose is Competitive skills in Freestyle and Backstroke. In this level we will make sure the arms, legs, and side breathing in freestyle and arms and legs in backstroke are good for any competition.
