Announcement: Starting next week I will be opening back up for Riverside County ONLY. I plan on giving priority to the clients who already had appointments but we’re cancelled due to Coronavirus. Once I am done booking all the cancelled appointments I will then move on to everyone else. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this stressful transition. Please bare with me Im working overtime getting everyone back in! As soon as I get the OK to be allowed to... operate in the other counties serviced I will get everyone in immediately. With the recent stay at home in place we will not be grooming for the time being. Instead we will be locking our trailers up and waiting this virus out. Although alot of people feel grooming is a essential job and as much as we would love for it to be, we are a non essential business and therefore must reschedule all appointments at this time. We are incredibly sorry for this inconvenience, but feel we must all do our part to slow the spread of this virus and follow the re...commendations set in place. We’ve created a list in order of cancellations. We will reach out once We know definitively when We can take appts, We’d hate to reschedule and have to do this all over again. Due to the increased concern and spread of Covid-19, I feel the need to be proactive to keep you, your families, and myself safe. If you suspect that you or any family member have been exposed or are experiencing "flu-like" symptoms , have a cough, fever or are showing any symptoms of this illness, please contact us and reschedule - rescheduling fees will be suspended for the time being. I will be carrying extra supplies for sanitation and disinfecting all hand-contact... surfaces like our phone for credit card payment after each client. My normal sanitation protocols (tub, table, equipment, counters will remain in place except for interior trailer sanitation which will be performed at the end of each day. To limit the amount of person to person contact We will not be entering anyone’s home, please have your dog ready by the time we arrive. Unless you’re physically unable, please bring your dog outside and we’ll meet on your doorstep or driveway. I’ll text you my ETA and I’ll text you when I’m done and we can meet outside on the doorstep or driveway so you can retrieve your dog and settle up services. I want to thank you for your loyalty and cooperation. Rest assure I am monitoring the situation daily and will remain open unless circumstances dictate otherwise and I’m forced to close.
