The Avery Centre

Avery Centre will be hosting depression groups for women beginning January 29th for 6 weeks. These groups will be lead by our very own Ann Aragon, LMFT, and will focus on creating support networks, gaining tools to help manage depressive symptoms, and more. You can attend a single group, or attend all 6 sessions. Each session is $25. Contact Ann Aragon at 951-451-0106 for more info or to register.

Calling on the community in this time of need!!!! The Avery Centre is collecting donations of water, sports drinks, granola bars, etc. for the firefighters and other first responders battling the Southern California fires. The Avery Centre is co-owned by an LA City Firefighter. All goods and monies collected will be donated directly to Los Angeles fire stations and/or to the Red Cross....
