Every time Poltergeist opens a new show, I feel so immensely proud of the blood, sweat, and tears we put into creating safe spaces for queer and femme artists t...o create on their OWN terms. A huge huge huge thank you to Theater of Others and Glenn Havlan for helping us have this stunning space to create this timely story. We couldn't have done it without you. 'Cabaret Cressida' plays this weekend and next and no one is turned away for lack of funds. Come join us on a queer Shakespeare journey the way his plays were intended to be played.

We are building a large haunted house inside the historic Trocadero Clubhouse at Stern Grove in San Francisco. We are looking for volunteers to decorate and operate the house for a large City-wide event on Friday October 25. Scare Grove draws thousands of visitors and also features a costume parade, entertainment, rides, arts & crafts, face painting We will be decorating the house Monday-Thursday October 21-24 from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Come on over and lend your creativity. ...Message me directly to let us know when you’ll be there. If you just drop by, that would be OK too. On the day of the event, we will need volunteers to be costumed actors inside the house to scare the bejeebus out of people. Doesn’t that sound like fun? Our co-production with Poltergeist Theatre Project opens this weekend. You probably haven't seen this play before, but even if you have, you haven't seen it like this. Check it out at our fabulous SF venue, the Kelly Cullen Community Auditorium. 220 Golden Gate Avenue, SF.

Hello friends, We are recruiting four or five people to participate in a reading of a new screenplay. The script is by our friend Hassan Zee, who has produced and directed more than a few independent films over the past twenty years. We have set Thursday September 26, from 6:30 PM as the time.
