Hi all, we are excited to share with you all this week a free documentary style video on YouTube (link in bio) Kris Carrison created for all of us to watch from home titled 'Managing High Risk Innovation In Acrobatics!' In this video Kris describes creating his act for the Cirque Du Soleil show 'LOVE' which was based on many of the Beatles songs. His extensive acrobatic and performance experience, as well as his enthusiasm for the creative process really makes this video a...n interesting watch. The development of any art form, including circus arts, involves pushing the envelope 'centimeter by centimeter' as he says -once one has attained a level of mastery, and has a container (ideally with coaches) in which to experiment. It's really cool to be able to hear about risk management from someone like Kris who's devoted so much time and training to his art-form!
