Welcome to all the new Zero Scale / Zero Excusers! The scale is an amazing tool but like any tool it needs input or direction. Eat well: drop processed carbs, eat lean meats and free range eggs, eat tons of fresh veggies, eat a little fruit, a few nuts, some good fats, and drink tons of water! Then get active: walk, run, ride, swim, skate, ski, fly, wiggle, shake, twist, lift, burn and sweat...everyday, for the rest of your new and improved life!

I recently put some clients on a rapid weight loss diet to spike their New Years Resolutions. It's the Sacred Heart Medical Diet and people are losing 5-15 pounds in one week. It's not easy but very doable based on a veggie soup. Remember, its not body fat as much as detritus in the gut and water weight the first week but it sure gets you motivated. Then eating like a caveman, working out and getting plenty of rest lends itself greatly to keeping that trend alive! Zero Excuses, make it happen!

Morning everybody! I've posted new videos to help motivate and get you off the couch...or workout on it! Go to reallocalvideos.com, click on channels, then the Zero Excuses channel. I put a new resistance and cardio workout plan up for 5 days. The 6th day, usually Wednesday, is reserved for interval cardio. The program is modified from the 5 factor program by Harley Pasternak and it really works! Zero Excuses, Make it Happen!
