Book your next appointment Hi, We are SO EXCITED because the wait is finally over!! The Wellness Nook will be re-opening on June 2nd at 9 am for massage appointment ONLY!!... I've been approved by our local health officer to be able to operate under essential care for clinical massage. I am so grateful to finally be able to serve my amazing clients again! If you’re not already on the books, reply to this email ASAP because appointments are filling up like CRAZY! While we are officially re-opening, things might look a little different in the office due to the new standards of business the gov’t is putting into place. The health, wellness, and overall well-being of our clients is our most important goal. We have a commitment to ensuring that we can serve your massage needs to the best of our ability while still practicing safe social protocols to mitigate the spread of this virus. Upon our reopening, we always have and will continue to maintain an ongoing commitment to following the guidelines set by the CDC as well as the State Board to ensure your safety. As the first line of defense, we ask you help do your part: Wash your hands before and after your visit. If you sneeze or cough, please cover your mouth, and use hand sanitizer or wash your hands immediately after. Please bring water or your choice of (non-adult) beverage from home as to mitigate the risk of cross-contamination from cups/water dispensers in the office. If you have a fever, please do not come in. If you have a fever and flu-like symptoms, please call your doctor for directions. Fever, dry cough, and trouble breathing are common symptoms of COVID-19. There have been some reports of gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea) before respiratory symptoms occur, but this is largely a respiratory virus. If you travel to high-risk countries or areas, please wait a full week before attending a session. The incubation period of COVID-19 is five days on average. Additionally, here is what we plan to continue to do: We are pretty serious about cleanliness! We will continue to deep clean and disinfect all tools between each and every client to reduce any potential cross-contamination. We will continue to maintain a heightened level of regular and frequent cleaning and wipe downs throughout the day to maintain a sterile environment. I also have all the PPE gear to wear during your appointment and will be testing every 2 weeks. We have completed a remote transformation program called The At Home Facial Kit to help you achieve your skin needs even if you don’t feel safe quite yet leaving your home OR have any early-onset signs or cold/flu-like symptoms.
