I have been playing with Beef Brisket for the past couple of months before I make it available to you. Some customers have had a chance during this time to sample my cooking but now I am ready. I feel good. Look for briskets starting next week. We have Brisket this weekend until it’s sold out. You will not be disappointed. I also smoked the meatloaf and a huge difference.
